Customer Acquisition Pack
The Customer Acquisition Pack (CAP) was created as a result of requests from our clients and it is designed to address the main requirements of any customer acquisition programme. Naturally enough, it can be just as effectively applied to customer retention.
The CAP allows you create programmes (campaigns) very easily, without needing to involve your IT department or any special IT skills. You create the scripts and questions, based on information that you may already have in your database and the information you need to gather. It will enable you to properly manage outbound prospect calls, inbound enquiries, or both.
Whether you want to load your existing records or you’re buying in a list (e.g. Bill Moss) this system will accommodate you. It will also allow you to direct activity at different sections of the database perhaps along geographical lines, by size of company or by some criteria of previous activity.
